Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately for a return authorization.  Return the items in original condition postmarked within 10 days of receipt.   Items will be refunded or exchanged for web-store credit.  Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.  

If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, save ALL the boxes and packing materials, as well as the items, and contact us immediately.  You must save all packing materials in the event that a postal or insurance inspector needs to see them for insurance purposes.  

We want you to be a satisfied customer and will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
